and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in Schedule 1 of the Act. It applies to all clients
and prospective clients engaging our migration advice or visa application services.

visa assistance, including but not limited to:

In accordance with APP 8, we will not disclose your information to overseas recipients unless necessary
for your application and permitted under Australian law.

modification, or disclosure. Electronic records are stored securely with password protection, and physical
records are maintained in locked facilities.

Under Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), APP 12–13, you may request access to your personal information or
corrections to inaccurate data. Requests must be made in writing to our office using the contact details

7. Retention and Disposal of Records
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and professional obligations
under the Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021. Once no longer required, data
will be securely destroyed or de-identified.
